1. Services
Zak’s Auto Shine provides professional mobile auto detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and complete detailing packages.
2. Booking & Payment
Services must be booked through authorized channels. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles.
Liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the service.
5. Weather & Scheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling for safety and quality reasons.
6. SMS Terms
We use SMS messaging to send appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotional messages.
